Our 10-week Adult Beginner Course is designed to teach you the fundamentals of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu in a zero-pressure environment. You’ll train twice a week in small-group classes and gain access to our exclusive online course, so you can grow both on and off the mat.
You don’t need to be athletic or experienced. Just show up as you are—we’ll meet you there.

Unlock Your Potential
What’s Included in the Course

Two in-person classes per week
Twice a week, you’ll step onto the mat for a 90-minute small-group class led by Coach Mark. These sessions are beginner-focused and structured to help you build from the ground up—physically, mentally, and technically.
Every class includes a clear warm-up, focused technique instruction, partner drills, and time for questions or review. We keep the group size capped at 6–8 students to ensure you receive personalized attention, hands-on guidance, and a supportive environment where you can ask questions without hesitation.
You won’t just be “attending a class”—you’ll be building real skills, earning real reps, and joining a tight-knit group of students who are all progressing together. This is where your transformation begins.

Full access to our digital course
As part of your enrollment, you’ll receive full access to our private digital course—a step-by-step video library that follows along with your in-person training. It’s designed to reinforce what you’re learning in class and help you make faster, more confident progress.
Every technique is broken down in detail by Coach Mark, so you can review movements, troubleshoot sticking points, and drill at home with a friend or training partner. The course is mobile-friendly and accessible anywhere, anytime—for as long as you’re an active member.
Whether you’re a visual learner, need to make up a missed class, or simply want to go deeper between sessions, the digital course is your personal training companion.

Weekly email from Coach Mark
Each week, you’ll receive a personal message from Coach Mark straight to your inbox. These emails go far beyond technique—they’re packed with stories, insights, and perspectives gained from over 20 years in the jiu jitsu world.
Expect videos and written reflections on:
- Coach Mark’s own experiences—both on the mat and in real life
- Jiu jitsu history and the evolution of the art
- The balance between sport, martial art, and lifestyle
- Cultural observations and lessons learned through a lifetime of training
This weekly check-in is more than an update—it’s part of the journey. It helps connect the dots between what you’re learning physically and what it means personally. You’re not just gaining skill—you’re stepping into a lineage of growth.
We believe that structure, consistency, and support are the keys to real growth. That’s why our curriculum follows a clear 10-week loop:
- Step-by-step learning — You’ll never feel lost
- Start anytime — Courses repeat continuously
- Small group size — More attention, faster progress
- Safe & supportive — Learn in a space where everyone wants to grow

Yes, a gi is required for the Adult Beginner Course. You’re welcome to purchase one from any vendor, but we do offer high-quality gis in-house.
