Empower Yourself with Self-Defense

Why 10 Weeks?

We believe in structure, consistency, and progress you can feel.
That’s why our courses follow a 10-week format that delivers:

  • Step-by-step learning – Each week builds on the last.
  • Small class sizes – Max 6–8 students per group
  • Start anytime – Courses loop continuously, so there’s no “wrong time” to join
  • Personal coaching – You’ll never get lost in the crowd
